Steep ascent to the summit of the Col des Mosses, on picture-book meadow trails and mountain paths high above the valley to Leysin, always face to face with the Valais Alps. The lovely long descent to Aigle is a highlight for bikers certain of their ability.

From the tiny ski area of Les Paccots, the route climbs continually to the Col de Soladier and on along an attractive high-level route to Col de Jaman, above Montreux. Then follows a thrilling 1200 metre descent to the shores of Lac Léman.

After a long ascent to Le Soliat, it’s worth making a detour to Creux du Van, a unique, imposing cliff arena. The route continues over the «Balcon Vaudois» (Vaud terrace) with stunning views of Lac de Neuchâtel and the Vaud Alps.
